We do everything we can to make sure that your experience is streamlined, simple, and easy to navigate so you don’t have to sit in discomfort for any longer than absolutely necessary. Your First Visit
After you receive a referral from a primary care physician or general dentist, we encourage you to call our office. Alternatively, if your general dentist or physician fills out an online referral form or sends us an email, we will reach out to you to plan your appointment! Over the phone, our front desk staff will collect important information, like for your dental insurance, and we will guide you to fill out our new patient forms online.
When you arrive at our practice, we’ll capture any necessary diagnostic imaging (like X-rays), as well as gather your medical and dental history. Dr. Trinh or Dr. Mehta will review their findings with you, as well as walk you through our recommended treatment plan and answer any questions you may have. In some cases, we may be able to treat patients the same day; however, in others, we may send you home with a medication to help ease your pain and schedule your procedure for as soon as possible.
Dental Patient Forms
You don’t have to fuss with printing out new patient forms at home anymore. Our team has made the process as simple as possible by including secure, online patient forms that can be accessed using a link that our team will send you once you schedule your appointment. We ask that you please fill these out prior to visiting us, allowing our team to streamline your consultation.
Dental Insurance
Our practice is dental insurance-friendly, meaning that we’re not only in-network with several major PPO plans, but we’re happy to accept and maximize out-of-network plans as well. Wherever our team is able to help you minimize your expenses, we will! Plus, if you have any questions or concerns about navigating your dental insurance plans, our knowledgeable staff will help you get the answers you need.

Financing Available
For our patients who are underinsured or uninsured, we offer additional financing through CareCredit and Cherry, two of the top third-party financiers for medical and dental treatment. Both of these financiers allow you to split up the cost of your procedure into smaller, easy-to-manage monthly payments that incorporate into your budget without breaking it.
